COMING FEB 2025 - IMPACT Youth

IMPACT Youth: coached functional training for our Active Youth members.

Move over TikTok, learn to lift with Impact Youth guided by a seasoned trainer with experience in Olympic Lifting and qualifications in Strength and conditioning, lifting and CrossFit.

These 45-minute classes are specifically designed to safely introduce 13- to 15-year-olds to the fundamentals of functional movement and lifting techniques.

Following the same format as IMPACT45, the sessions will include a range of exercises and equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, slam balls and battle ropes to develop dynamic strength, cardio fitness, core strength and flexibility.

Available to Active Youth members, book on the YMCA SA app.
