IMPACT Youth: coached functional training for our Active Youth members.

These 45-minute classes are specifically designed to safely introduce 13- to 15-year-olds to the fundamentals of functional movement and lifting techniques.

Following the same format as IMPACT45, the sessions will include a range of exercises and equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, slam balls and battle ropes to develop dynamic strength, cardio fitness, core strength and flexibility.

Our Active Youth Members are also welcome to bring a parent/guardian who is a Parks member to workout with them.
